La nostra società, specializzata nella fabbricazione di dispositivi speciali per serramenti, ha recentemente fatto registrare un brevetto concernente una cerniera a frizione per serramenti in legno e denominata "CERFRIZ".
La cerniera "CERFRIZ" è il risultato di studi e ricerche condotte al fine di migliorare ulteriormente il confort dei dispositivi in uso quotidiano nelle nostre case.
"CERFRIZ", in effetti, permette che il battente, messo in qualsiasi posizione, mantenga la posizione evitando gli sbattimenti causati dal vento. Con "CERFRIZ" montata su ante, finestre e porte è possibile ottenere la regolazione della luminosità od il ricambio di aria senza ricorrere ai tradizionali dispositivi antisbattimento. D'altra parte il battente può essere montato e smontato nel modo tradizionale. Per ottenere il risultato di arresto di un battente nella posizione desiderata, si può applicare una sola cerniera "CERFRIZ" in luogo di una cerniera tradizionale, sia su un battente già in posa.
Attualmente più di ventimila cerniere "CERFRIZ" sono state installate. Questi prototipi ci hanno consentito di ottenere un alto livello tecnologico di assoluta garanzia. Esperienze di laboratorio, effettuate con l'ausilio di un simulatore di manovre hanno dimostrato che "CERFRIZ" ha resistito perfettamente ai movimenti ai quali una tradizionale cerniera può essere sottoposta per un periodo di circa trent'anni. Per vostra informazione, la nostra Società è in grado di fornire anche delle cerniere tradizionali, allo scopo di favorire un appropriato accostamento di colori. Per le imprese che dispongono di macchine combinate a forare ed avvitare, le nostre cerniere "CERFRIZ" vengono fornite in pezzi speciali.

Our Company, specialized in the field of fittings, has obtained a patent for a friction hinge for wooden window and door frames with the name "CERFRIZ". This hinge is the result of accurate research carried out with the objective of further improving the comfort of household components.
Using thi hinge "CERFRIZ", a door wing or shutter can be kept in the required position, also eliminating any banging due to wind and allowing for the needed air circulation and light regulation without the application of traditional wing and shutter locking devices.
The hinge "CERFRIZ" can be mounted and dismantled in the traditional way and can be applied to substitute a traditional hinge of wings and shutters already installed; only one hinge is to be applied onto each door wing or ahutter.
Over 20.000 hinges type "CERFRIZ" are in use: these prototypes have allowed us to obtain a very high technological standard with absolute guarantee.
The counter spring allows the friction adjustment. Laboratory trials carried unt with a simulator have proved that "CERFRIZ" can resist perfectly to any movements for a period of over thirthy years. We are also able to deliver the traditional hinges that allow a better colour combination.
We are also in a position to supply dismantled hinges to those firms that have drilling and screwing machine combinations. The assembly of the single parts is easy and rapid.

Wir sind auf dem Gebiet von Beschlägen für Türen und Fenster spezialisiert und haben ein Patent auf ein Kupplung-Scharnier Typ "CERFRIZ" für Türen und Fenster aus Holz. Das Scharnier vom Typ "CERFRIZ" ist das Ergebnis einer sorgfältigen Forschung und trägt dazu bei, eine Verbesserung des Komforts im positionieren und in jeder beliebigen Lage zu halten sowie das durch Wind verursachte Schlagen von Türen und Fenster zu verhindern. Ohne die Anwendung der herkömmlichen Flügelhaltevorrichtungen können die Räume wie gewünscht belüftet und erhelt bzw, verdunkelt werden. Der Ein- bzw. Ausbau der Flügel erinstallierten Flügeln, Fenstern und Türen aufgebaut werden. Das Scharnier vom Typ "CERFRIZ" kann auf jede Art von Flügeln, Fenster und Türen aufgebaut werden. Der Ein- bzw. Ausbau der Flügel erfolgt auf die herkömmliche Art und Weise. Auf jeden Flügel braucht nur ein tradiotionelles Scharnier vom Typ "CERFRIZ" eingebaut zu werden. Der Typ "CERFRIZ" kann auch ohne weiteres ein traditionelles Scharnier auf bereits installierten Flügeln ersetzen. Bisher wurden über 20.000 Scharniere vom Typ "CERFRIZ" aufgebaut. Diese Prototype haben es uns ermöglicht, auf diesem Gebiet einen hohen technologischen Grad von absoluter Sicherheit zu erreichen.
Die Druckfeder ermöglicht die Einstellung der Kupplung. Die von uns mit Hilfe eines Simulators durchgeführten Laborversuche haben ergeben, dab unser Scharnier "CERFRIZ" ohne weiteres in der Lage ist, Bewegungen für eine Zeitspanne von über 30 Jahren standzuhalten.
Wir von der sind auch in der Lage, Scharniere traditioneller Art zu liefern. Dies ermöglicht eine bessere Farbenkombination.
Das Scharnier kann auch als Einzelteil an jene Firmen geliefert werden, die über kombinierte Bohr-und Verschraubmaschinen verfügen.
Die Einzelteile können leicht und schnell zusammengebaut werden.
